Each bed ranges from Small to XXL depending on the model. Every product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements and breed weights. When in doubt, size up.

Most covers are removable and machine washable on a cold gentle cycle. Inner inserts should be spot cleaned only. Refer to the care label on your specific product.

Measure your dog from nose to tail in their natural sleeping position, then add 10-15 cm. Our size guides on each product page walk you through it - or email us and we will help you choose.

If your dog does not love their PawHaus bed for any reason within 100 nights, contact us for a full refund. No complicated returns process. Just reach out.

Email hello@pawhausco.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will send a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Refunds processed within 5 business days of receiving the item.

Accessories have a standard 30-day return window if unused and in original condition. The 100-night trial applies to bed products only.

Our products are designed with Australian homes in mind and sourced from trusted suppliers with high quality standards. All items ship from our Sydney fulfilment centre.
