How long does delivery take?
All orders ship from our Melbourne warehouse within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery 2-5 business days nationally. Free standard shipping Australia-wide.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently Australia-wide only. International shipping coming soon - join the newsletter to be notified.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We can amend or cancel orders within 2 hours of placement. Email hello@pawhausco.shop with your order number.

What sizes are the beds available in?
Each bed ranges from Small to XXL depending on the model. Every product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements and breed weights. When in doubt, size up.
Are the beds machine washable?
Most covers are removable and machine washable on a cold gentle cycle. Inner inserts should be spot cleaned only. Refer to the care label on your specific product.
How do I choose the right bed for my dog?
Measure your dog from nose to tail in their natural sleeping position, then add 10-15 cm. Our size guides on each product page walk you through it - or email us and we will help you choose.
Returns
How do I return or exchange a product?
Get in touch via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll review your request and send you full instructions.
Can I return treats?
For health and safety reasons, treats and other consumables can't be returned once opened. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us via our Contact page and we will make it right.
Treats & Subscriptions
How do treat subscriptions work?
Subscribe to any treat and save 10% on every delivery. Choose how often you would like them - every 2, 4, or 8 weeks - and we ship and bill automatically. You are only charged when each order is sent, and your discount applies every time.
Can I pause, skip or cancel my subscription?
Anytime - there is no lock-in. Use the link in your subscription emails to pause, skip a delivery, change how often it arrives, swap treats, update your address or card, or cancel. Changes apply to your next order.
What is in your treats?
Every treat is single-ingredient and natural - just the protein on the label, air-dried to lock in flavour and nutrition. No artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives. Great for training, rewarding, and dogs with sensitive tummies.
