All orders ship from our Melbourne warehouse. We use trusted Australian carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Most orders are processed within 1 business day.

30-Day Returns

We're confident your dog will love their new bed. If it's not the right fit, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right — exchange, credit, or refund.

Returns

If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.

To initiate a return, email us at hello@pawhausco.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll arrange a return label.

Return shipping costs are covered by PawHaus Co for items that arrive damaged or defective. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is at your own cost.
