All orders ship from our Melbourne warehouse. We use trusted Australian carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

• Regional: from $9.95, depending on your state and the size of your order
• WA regional & remote areas: from $9.95, depending on the size of your order
• Your rate: shown at checkout before you pay
• Delivery: 2–5 business days

You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Most orders are processed within 1 business day.

Returns

If something is wrong with your order. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, not as described, or we send the wrong thing, we will make it right — repair, replacement or refund, your choice, at our cost including return postage. Email hello@pawhausco.shop with your order number and a photo. This is your right under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing on this page limits it.

If you have changed your mind. Email us within 7 days of delivery and we will send you the return address. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is at your cost and the original shipping is not refundable. We refund the product price in full once the item reaches us and has been checked — there is no restocking fee.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of the item arriving back with us.
