Processing and dispatch: All orders ship from our Sydney fulfilment centre within 1-2 business days.

Delivery times: Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days nationally once dispatched.

Shipping costs: Free standard shipping on all orders over $99.

Where we ship: Currently Australia-wide only. International shipping is coming soon - join our newsletter to be notified.

Order changes: We can amend or cancel orders within 2 hours of placement. Email hello@pawhausco.shop with your order number.

Damaged or missing items: Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately at hello@pawhausco.shop if anything is defective, damaged or missing, so we can make it right.
