How long does delivery take?

Does it need freezing, water or power?
No. There is no gel or water inside — it is a breathable textilene surface over a foam core, so there is nothing to freeze, fill or plug in.
Can I put it on top of their bed?
Yes — that is one of the best places for it. Keep the bed they love and give them a cooler surface to lie on.
Which size for my dog?
S (50 × 40 cm) suits small breeds and crates, M (65 × 50) and L (90 × 50) suit most medium dogs, and XL (120 × 80) gives a large dog room to stretch out.
Will they chew it?
The surface is scratch and bite resistant, but no mat is chew-proof. For a determined chewer, supervise until they are used to it.
What if my dog doesn't take to it?
You have 7 days to change your mind. If they don't settle, get in touch and we'll arrange an exchange or a return.
