The pile is long and two-toned — a deep base colour with frosted tips that catch the light. The fill is soft rather than firm, so the walls shape themselves around whatever position your dog lands in. Warm in exactly the way sun-chasing dogs go looking for.

Which size do I need?

How is this different from the Calming Nest and the Plush Nest?
All three are calming beds, but they sit on a spectrum. The Sherpa Nest is the deepest and softest — sherpa inside and out, walls that hug. The Calming Nest is a plush donut with a flatter, roomier centre and the biggest size range. The Plush Nest is an oval with an egg-crate foam base — more of a proper bed with a rim, less of a burrow.
Will the walls go flat?
They'll settle into whatever shape your dog leaves them in — the fill is soft by design, that's the hug. A shake brings the loft back day to day, and a wash with a low tumble restores it fully.
How do I wash it?
The cover unzips and goes in the machine on a cold gentle cycle, then tumble dry on low. The sherpa comes up soft again rather than matted.
